  Forgot item, never sent it after saying they would, pictured figure that wasn’t included, when I said it wasn’t notated, they got mad and insulted me their buyer, called me a scalper, told me they’d send the missing item but never did, and then refunded me $5 for $10 valued item without ever saying why. Had to assume it was for missing item. It was a stunning overreaction and alarmingly unprofessional. Didn’t bother disputing it because honestly, never wanted to talk to them again.
