Perfect for me
Fits the 43 perfectly. The open top allows tons of ambient light in. Have these on all my Glocks.

Heavy duty
1 of 1 found this helpful Very nice, thick rubber blades. Don't reach all the way from front to back, but that's in the description. The stickiness is great. Once it's placed, it ain't coming off.

Works well with King Tour Pack.
This fit in the King Tour Pack I bought for my 2017 RGS. The studs protruded far enough without any problems getting the botls on. Firmed up the tour pack to the quick disconnect mounting rack nicely. The only downside is that is does not sit flush to the bottom of the tour pack, so there is a 1/8 inch gap between this plate and the tour pack around the otter edges. I can see something small like hardware ending up under the plate.
