Not bad, not great
This is a universal kit to fit several model Mikuni carburetors so you will have some extra pieces. Some of the o-rings and seals seemed to be cheaper and weaker materials than the existing ones so I ended up saving some of the existing ones from my carb to make it work. It seemed to work well enough for me, but I would suggest someone that's looking for higher grade materials to just go with the Yamaha factory parts.

Great value for the $$
Bought this specifically for a 1978 Suzuki GS1000. Required little modification other than drilling holes into the supplied brackets and bending brackets to desired position. The black gloss finish is fairly cheap and scratches easily. The plastic itself and shield seem fairly durable. The fairing provides a fair amount of wind protection at highway speeds and is a definite upgrade in looks for my bike to give it a cafe racer style. Would highly recommend for the money to get this. I would recommend adding locking washers or some style of washer to the bolts that mount the fairing to the bracket and to paint those screws black but other than that I'm pleased with the results.
