I use it to add more hair extensions when having my sew in extensions .. it makes for longer lasting hair extensions and you can add more tracks ! Extra large, Strong and thick ..the only problem is the quality is hit and miss , the last 3 I’ve bought are like thick plastic mesh ( unlike the previous ones I’ve bought with the same product reference number that were lovely and soft against the skin ) the last 3 I’ve received are unbearable against the skin on the nape of neck and behind ears , so make sure you cut it so it doesn’t touch your skin as it will be very uncomfortable! (See the last 3 pictures for the texture ) Recommend the softer ones but the problem is it’s hit and miss as to which quality you receive
