Great
My wife and I are both using this daily as recommended by our Ophthalmologist. In our very late 70's Retaine totally cures our dry eyes and makes our eyes feel young again.

What I needed
It is what it is supposed to be at a cheaper price than in the retail stores.

So-So at best
First off if you have a newer cart note that there are no 48 volt wiring diagrams (some are labeled 48 volt but the actual diagram is 36). The wiring diagrams are some what fuzzy and difficult to read. Parts/wires on wiring diagrams are numbered but there is no index to tell you what that number/part/wire is.
I have a 2009 Precedent and the maintenance manual for that year is for a DS model.
Contacted the seller especially about the lack of 48 volt wiring information and they said what I got was all they had. Decided to keep it...may get some useful information out of the maintenance manual but the rest is a waste.
