effective sleep aid and muscle relaxant
1 of 1 found this helpful excellent sleep aid and good for relaxing tense muscles, lemon taste is nice, easy to mix, the formula is just the magnesium supplement to help with sleep problems and anxiety - works better than an ordinary magnesium supplement (tablet) that contains additional ingredients - this one is just the components needed for stress relief - would definately recommend
