It will make you a star in the kitchen
I followed the detailed instructions exactly and was rewarded with a wonderful, fragrant, bubbly sourdough starter. Today I made the pizza and it was amazing. The crust was tender and absolutely delicious. Better than many pizzerias we have tried! It would require a bit of experimentation to see if it would work for a Neapolitan style pizza, but I am sure that it will produce bread that is just divine. Tomorrow I plan to try making garlic knots. This was my first sourdough starter and I cannot believe how easy it was to make such incredible dough. Thank you!

Compact and neat looking
Sometimes a slim wallet is just what is needed with a small purse. The credit card slots are a little snug but it's fine if you carry just a few cards. Room for cash and coins, and a hidden snap keeps this little wallet closed when not in use. Looks very trim and ladylike, and of course matches the counterpart purse.
