Spot on for chicken run
Easy set-up, reliable piece of kit at a good price. I'm 8KV for my large chicken run which is not perfectly isolated due to stray bits of greenery, and I have personally experienced it's effectiveness.
The ground spike is a bit on the small side for me and is the only pary worth upgrading but the whole package represents excellent value and I have recommended it to friends who have also used it.

Small and nifty
This is a perfect tool to finish off fencing knots when you've not left yourself enough wire or space for a decent crank handle.
It's almost impossible not to leave a neat, tight twisted knot.
My only concern is losing it or somebody "borrowing" it.
