  Great seller: item was clearly described as having a flaw, price was a good value, shipping was timely, well packaged. Wanted a pair of Birkie Zermatt for a long time so I'm well pleased. Only niggle I have is that the outer cardboard box was HIGHLY scented - we could smell it coming in the door from the outside. Scent did not transfer to shoes as they were New In Box (thankfully). Shipping box was repurposed so I suggest NOT using whatever box that was if seller has more of them - please.
