Was described as a bass speaker... it is not. Hardly any bass.

2 of 6 found this helpful i have had 2 of these phones, and they both stopped taking charges about the same time. took them to sprint, and they jacked me around for about 3weeks saying they could'nt get their tech to "re-solder" the battery connections. Still would'nt take a charge. Then the ringer volume went away on one phone. Still no help from Sprint. Would'nt buy another.
