Selected used option but a Fail
When it arrived it was packaged well, came very quickly.
However, when plugged in it worked for 5 minutes, there was an acrid burning smell, the control got very hot we quickly unplugged it. After it cooled we tried plugging it in again and it still smells like it burning, and now there are no lights or indication of power. We would like to have a replacement. Our Biddeford blanket is fine, our other blanket controller works with it so we checked to make sure it was not damaged.
