Product Is Good but Marketing is Contemptible
The product is functionally good but I have a complaint concerning the manufacturer's marketing strategy - I needed foam cushions but the cushions are sold only with unneeded ear tips. I've used Plantronics Blutooth headsets for 6+ years because of their quality. During those 6+ years I've needed only one replacement ear tip, but I've needed dozens of replacement foam cushions. To purchase needed replacement foam cushions I am forced to purchase unneeded ear tips. I can think of no purpose in this strategy other than to increase sales revenue through coercing customers to spend more by forced purchasing of unneeded add-on items. The reason for such marketing is not production efficiency. Foam cushions could easily be made available in quantities (I'd by several if I could) and sold at a profitable price without forcing additional purchases. Unfortunately, Plantronics is apparently the only supplier for the foam cushions and they refuse to sell them without also selling unneeded ear tips.

Skip the 4K. Buy the conventional Blu-ray format.
I purchased the 4K format to compliment our new 65" TV. Story, content, and actors were excellent but, compared with other 4K Blu-ray media, the imagery wasn't up to grade. A conventional 1080p format would have been just as good. The 2160p format wasn't appreciably better.

Really good, but...
My wife and I have two 12-yr-old canine children. They love to cuddle and snuggle with us but they're no longer able to jump onto our laps with the same agility they had when they were puppies. We thought portable steps would be a good solution so, after research, I ordered the Dog Stairs. The stairs are compact, sturdy enough for our 16-pound companions, and portable to allow moving to different locations as needed. All good but we have one problem: the dogs don't like them! :( We're still hopeful that "the kids" will eventually learn to use the steps..
