New tech for an old wreck
2 of 2 found this helpful I retired 3 years ago and I got bored so I started watching you tube machining videos. It seemed that everyone in those videos had a NOGA of some sort. Misters, magnetic bases, big and little. Last month I bought an old lathe real cheap and I knew that it was going demand TLC and constant measuring. I bought this magnetic base and I was able to attach various measuring and monitoring devices in order to make adjustments to my new lathe. Held tight and made my testing much more reliable. I see why all those video machinists love their NOGAs.
