Chainsaw

I've purchase this product & had a one stroke cut on a tree lug, the chain just lost it sharpness. I've emailed and made complaint few times to change the chain blade. I did not get any response. Therefore I couldn't finish off my work. For me it wasn't worth sending back the chainsaw because of the postage cost involves do I just left the chainsaw on the side in the garage.
