I was glad to see the part was available for my SUV. The price was right and product worked .

alternative fixes need to be made available to XP users.

was very difficult to install on a 32-bit computer that was a XP version. Information to install said that a Disc was required to install. Doing so I kept getting the message that a missing file prevented installation. The method used to install software was never mentioned without paying someone to perform the steps needed to install. Microsoft may have wanted a difficult installation to insure a purchase of a new computer. Who knows for sure. I think the software it self was something I would recommend buying but alternative fixes need to be made available to XP users.
