Great cup with an ok lid.
The cup is way over the top on insulation quality, but the lid is something else. Mine had a small crack that was at the vent hole across from where you drink. The crack quickly elongated to the other side of the lid to the spout where you drink from. Other than that, it keeps hot coffee too hot to drink for hours.

Good warrantee, at a used price.
I don't usually buy used parts for appliances that are not mine. Customer wanted to same some money so this was the best solution. Came with a 1 year warrantee which is the same as any regular retailer. Works for me! Thanks!
