  The initial bottle holder sent did not fit the product I bought it for (manufacturer changed bottle design). This was not the sellers fault, however, they went above and beyond to make things right. They offered to refund my money, or design and make a new one that would fit my product. I chose the latter and the seller did an outstanding job of communicating their progress throughout and then designing and delivering a revised product that ended up working perfectly.
