Everything Home went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. The original product was damaged on delivery and unusable. Not the fault of Everything Home. The supplier, Sea Eagle, sent a defective item. Mike, from Everything Home, went to work getting a replacement out quickly, even working out an upgrade to my order as a gesture of good faith. Sometimes, the real mark of excellent service is how one is treated when things go wrong. Everything Home gets another 5 star review.
