Shoddy quality and defective adhesive
Adhesive backing is detaching from the rubber. The adhesive is yellowed and crusty and not particularly sticky. It is sticking to the paper backing more than it is sticking to the rubber. Additionally, the adhesive backing isn't precisely aligned to the rubber, leaving the edges of the pieces uncovered by adhesive. Last, the three pieces in the set are all of different make--the texture and sheen of each piece is different.
