  Only received after complaining about non-delivery (maybe lost in the post, maybe delayed), and with insufficient postage paid (perhaps that's why the original didn't arrive in reasonable time). To be fair, it was just possible to squeeze the envelope through a 5mm slot, but you have to allow for the Royal Mail automation not to agree. Seller did not respond to messages.
