A great product - Easy to use and reliable.
I was looking for a digital playback device where I could play the audio from Disneyland's partyline telephone as found at the Emporium on Main Street. I have an 1800's style crank phone where I could wire the hook switch to activate the device and wire the output of the device to the earpiece of the phone. I thought of using an MP3 player like an iPod, but then I'd have to deal with figuring out how to wire the hookswitch to play and pause as well as keeping it charged. The On Hold Plus 8000 solved the problem. It is easily uploaded using a standard flash drive (128 MB memory stick) and is powered with a standard AC adapter. It fits into the phone's battery compartment. It has an adjustable volume control and also a trigger feature that allows it to be reset to the beginning of the recording, if I desire to do that. I'm sure it would work great delivering on-hold music and messages, but I'm not using it for that.

Item as described. Makes wearing and removing helmet much easier and faster. I like it better than other designs. It s easy to add to an existing helmet with easy-to-follow instructions on the back of the package. I would have given it five stars, but it s price could be considerably lower.
