Faulty item replaced in 4 days.
Unfortunately the first one sent me had a broken press stud. W H Smith sent me an immediate response with a printable return label and I had a replacement in four days. I really love this model of the Filofax as it harks back to the first one I had in the seventies. Good quality leather, nice finish and at this price what's not to like?

Tony Dixon DX005 Tuneable Soprano D whistle
Good little whistle Plays well and all notes are easy to produce. My only criticism is that the notes around the change of octave are quite reedy and thin, particularly the high D itself. I have another Dixon whistle which has the same problem, but nowhere near to the same degree. Maybe just mine. Otherwise a very pleasant whistle.

Love these Pens
Of all the disposable fineliners I've tried over the years for sketching and drawing I still like Pitt Artist Pens the best. So great to find it in colours other than black.
