Many admirers for this product -unfortunately- not for me
I bought this because Astral cream on the Internet has a large number of devotees who swear by it, unfortunately for me, within 24 hours of use I developed contact dermatitis which resulted in a red, bumpy, itchy rash over large parts of my body.
I didn’t bother wasting my my GP’s time as some simple research made me aware of what It was likely to be and my pharmacist confirmed this.
A hydrocortisone cream and camomile (bought over the counter) brought 90% of the rash under control within 3 or 4 days use, several days later there are only tiny (non itchy) patches left and these will no doubt disappear given alittle more time.
So all in all, although a good brand, I’d just say be careful if you KNOW you have sensitive skin OR you do suffer from skin allergies in general - I don’t - I’ve never had a reaction such as this to a skin cream - so if I can react this way - if you know you have sensitive skin or allergies - you need to probably take care with what you apply to your skin.

Best protection
I’ve used the light orange coloured glasses before for teeth whitening purposes but in my opinion they’re not up to the job, this one however is a ‘cut above’ it definitely reduces the intensity of the light to virtually zero and is a markedly superior product, personally, I wouldn’t use anything else.

Excellent product, but why does Typhoo seem
unable to maintain consistent, adequate supplies in shops and supermarkets?
My wife and I have always loved this tea, we prefer its taste to the teabag variety and it’s just SO easy to make a quick, refreshing cuppa with it.
I confess, some friends of ours (although certainly not all) aren’t overly keen on it and when we’ve queried why? They usually say it simply doesn’t taste like the type of tea they’re used to, generally referring to the teabag variety.
I admit it does taste different, but for us, it’s so much better in a number of ways.
Our only gripe (for want of a better term) is that we’ve had to order supplies on several occasions from eBay or Amazon at a higher price, but that said, we can’t really complain, as the higher price is generally due to supply and demand and/or other factors because the product is difficult, if not impossible to obtain from normal supermarket sources.
At the end of the day, we’re actually grateful that we can obtain a supply from someone, but why are Typhoo allowing this shortage to occur so regularly?
It’s proved a waste of time contacting their Customer Disservice department, I’ve done that twice over the past 12 months and no reply, are we the only couple who wonder why this product can prove to be so scarce on a regular basis?
It’s a pity such a good product, which fully deserves its 5 star review is marred by poor supply.
