Not up to par with real requirements
Transformer connected 24/7 wasteful of power & safety issue, very difficult to remove / replace diffuser and real danger of breaking fixing clips during removal struggle. No way to "loose" spare wire loop between wall and appliance during installation. Probably works OK but not my ideal for ownership

Fits all - fits no BSP
Shame none of the fibre washers fit the common range of BSP sizes

Replacement Movement
Replaced a conventional mechanism from old but liked clock that stopped working due to corrosion from the battery. The body of this radio mechanism is slightly deeper than the similar non radio style, but should not matter for most applications. The hand fitting sizes might not be the same as the ones you're replacing, and need some skilled work around the old hand holes to clear the old fitting boss and I used double sided tape to stick the old hands on top of the ones provided in this kit. I'm very pleased with the results!
N.B The manufacturers' claims for the accuracy of any radio clock mechanism can be flawed when seconds per thousand years or similar are cited. There is a serious glitch each time the batteries expire!
