Perfect for the job
Good quality poles, good range of height adjustment, versatile. Perfect for the job. Just be careful, if you stick the poles into the ground plastic end first, you may end up leaving the plastic plug stuck in the ground like I did! so my only criticism is that these plugs aren't especially tight fitting. Might be worth glueing them in place?
Anyway. Buy them. they're great.

Uncomfortable. Not suitable for mountain biking.
quality and fit is excellent. But these are fundamentally flawed, in that the fabric wrapping around your thumb digs into your hand when holding the bars. I stopped using these because the discomfort was too distracting.
For light cycling use or any other sport that doesn't involve holding grips, these would be fine. But not recommended for mountain biking or any other form of extreme cycling. unless you're desperate.
