I expected better; and will seek alternatives. I want better.

I bought this 1) b/c I had to. I was really looking into alternatives when my expiration date came so fast this year.We've lost 3computers while Nortons (NIS) was apparently, asleep at the wheel. I did manage to call CustServ, only to be told for $100 we could TRY to fix the virus, IF it was a virus. (Yeah,pay $100 for a fix that should already BE IN the virus definitions I have to download from them daily/weekly. Apparently, they are keeping some 'fixes' to themselves so that they can charge us customers $100 and more). Thanks, but no thanks. A virus jumped their NIS security, and now they want me to give them my credit card number?---online?? --really? Naa, I dont think so. Needless to say, WE wear our dummy banners really well. For us, nothing short of a panic button with a direct connection to Nortons would solve the same issues for every version, especially when Nortons IS EXPENSIVE unless you find it on sale, discounted. I cannot bring myself to pay the $70-80 for NIS, only to pay another $100 when I call in for help. The ONLY thing I like about NIS is that daily/weekly definitions updates are still fast and easy. Everything else is a nightmare, and I dont expect that 2013 will be any diff. Wont know until I get another virus.

For me, its better than standard copy paper...

This paper (to me) is more of a bonded/smooth/almost a micro lightweight brochure finish to it. Its not the standard copy paper paper. I LOVE a good weight and brightness to my copy paper, which I dont get with the standard papers. ADD: That the shipping was so fast for me, it made my head spin! Very happy with this product.
