Mygica USB HDTV Tuner Stick
This hardware installed easily, and allows me to listen to FM radio and watch broadcast TV on my Windows XP PC just as advertised. The software is poorly designed and implemented though, and will from time to time cause my system to crash while changing from one channel to another.
I've been pleasantly surprised at how well the hardware works, and have learned to work around the software quirks. If you want to watch TV from time to time on your computer monitor, this product is OK.

Repurpose your old hard drives.
Good way to put my old SATA hard drives to use as backup drives. Seems quite reliable and integrates with my Linux system with no problems whatsoever.
