It's great but be ready to add some slight modifications all of which are inexpensive and easy

I very much love DW hardware and I love the fact that this is the lightest-weight snare stand on the market but if you're not wise to adding a couple lock washers here and there and some kind of movable locking mechanism to hold the feet in place so the wing screw doesn't slip when you're really pressing down hard on the snare you might not like it
