Lovely, but doesn't cancel 100% of noise
These are my first pair of noise cancelling headphones, and I would be curious how they compare to Bose's more expensive QuietComfort 35's. I've noticed that they are good at cancelling background white noise, but not so much at cancelling out voices, unless you've also got the volume up on your music. I was hoping to study in public spaces without being able to hear people talking around me, but can only do that with loud-ish music to help drown out nearby conversations.
They are very comfortable. They make my ears feel like they're popping a bit (like takeoff/landing on a plane), but I gather people have different reactions to the sound-cancelling tech.

soft and lightweight
Pullover is fitted (as expected for athletic tops), material is soft, and I like the thumb holes. It is not *super* warm, but warm enough for fall, and easy to layer a vest over it, since it is fitted.

get what you pay for
small and flimsy, and the light doesn't work very well.
