This is the widest mesh ring made by Tiffany & Co & this one in 18K yellow gold has the thick woven mesh which gives it more presence on the finger than the finely woven one does. It also has a bit of a curve to it sort of giving it a dome effect on the finger while the smaller weave is completely flat against the finger. It's your choice but I think this one is more of a statement ring & the other one is more of a traditional wedding ring look.
