Not perfect, but the best I've found so far
In my limited experience, TomTom maps are better than Garmin or Magellan - fewer navigation errors such as sending you the wrong way down one-way streets, etc. The unit in general is well laid out, stable and robust. Unfortunately, the current software version is unnecessarily complicated.. they have added a few screen-touch decisions that do very little to improve the interface but add to the driving distraction inherent in any navigation unit. These extra steps could have been made optional via setup menu, but unfortunately they are now built into the system, so it takes more "clicks" than it used to to get where you're going. The number of "favorites" that can be saved is very limited.. I don't know why this is necessary in the overall design. The personalized website "My TomTom" only allows one GPS unit per user, when I'm sure that that there are more people than just me that have units in more than one vehicle. And finally, I find it frustrating that it's so difficult to add custom "places of interest" or "favorites" lists, or to transfer them from one machine to another when upgrading. The blogs are full of arcane methods needed to do this, but it should be easy for TomTom to publish a simple, sure method of saving and copying one's information.
All in all: worth the money, easy to use, and fairly accurate. It's close enough to being an excellent device that it's shortcomings really stand out.

Great helmet!
I've been welding for over 40 years, and have always used Huntsman or similar professional helmets. The Antra is light, has a very positive ratchet headgear, and the nod-down action is very smooth and dependable. But the best part is the adjustability - being able to adjust shade and sensitivity is very useful. I would recommend this helmet for any beginner or experienced welder.

A great little camera, low on features but high on fun and value.
4 of 4 found this helpful This is an amazing product. Small enough to slip into a pocket and forget about, it takes excellent photos and HD videos, even in low light. The Mini HD 128 won't replace a full-featured camera, as it lacks flash, optical zoom and some other features, but it's versatility makes it an excellent value. It's perfect for capturing those unexpected moments when you don't have your regular camera with you. The videos look good even on a large-format HDTV. For fast-moving subjects or quick pans, choose the 640x480 video option. The fact that it's waterproof means you can experiment where you might not otherwise: it's small size and weight make it attractive for use on a bicycle helmet, model boat or airplane, kite, etc. Once you start playing with it you will find hundreds of things to record!
