A thorough examination of the amount of deceptive information we are given about the world we live in!
This is a very detailed examination of the information we are given about the earth from many different disciplines of knowledge, and it therefore goes into great detail, and quotes many different sources in presenting the authors view.
Due to the complexity of the various topics covered, it may be overwhelming to some people to go deep into the details of subjects they do not have an immediate interest in, but when you realize just how deep the author goes, you can understand why he needs to quote many different experts in their fields, as there many areas that experts disagree.
The fact that the author has taken so much time to include lots of footnotes, and link to many videos, shows how detailed his research has been. He is obviously confident that those that take the time to examine the references he has quoted will learn something new, it they actually take the time to do so.
Of course, the downside of this method is that he is a rather hefty volume, which can put off those that can't face the challenge of reading a book that is so thick and heavy!
The good thing is that the depth that the author goes into means that the topic is thoroughly covered, and even those that disagree with the authors conclusion will have to agree that he has not just come to his conclusions without taking a considerable amount of time to research it.
