Natural awesomeness
2 of 2 found this helpful This unit is exactly what I needed. When the wind blows all that wonderful pollen and dust around, it gets in my sinuses, I can steam them and loosen that junk and blow it out. No drugs needed. I like it.

Old guys still didn't get what we wanted.
I, personally, bought this clamp hoping that the larger, plastic covered, clamp screw would be easier to use for older, arthritic fingers. It would be, had they not designed the new clamp with the clamp screw in a curved depression.
