OMG what a difference these made. Wheels...

OMG what a difference these made. Wheels still aren't perfect, but these things were, and really take the finish of my '98 4runner up a notch. These exceeded my expectations.

surpassed expectations despite crushed box

Had high hopes for the quality based solely on the pictures; but, one never knows This steering well was in near perfect condition and surpassed my expectations. The box cam crushed, but the wheel was unaffected.

I'd give it a B for fit on a '98 Toyota ...

I'd give it a B for fit on a '98 Toyota 4runner. The passenger side can be trimmed per the molded contours around the wheel well. Driver side, not so much; but, it doesn't look bad. It could also be about 5 inches deeper to fit more snuggly against the back seat. I also did cut slots for the cargo rings. NO SMELL was a big bonus and easy to trim (I used a utility knife with a new blade).
