I ordered an item on April 18th, with an estimated delivery date of April 25th. Not only did the item not arrive on time, but the seller provided no updates or communication regarding the delay. Only After reaching out for an explanation, I received a refund . The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I've been left with a feeling of frustration and regret for choosing to purchase from this seller.

Recently bought 2 wheels for my 2011 BMW...
Recently bought 2 wheels for my 2011 BMW M3. My old wheels were bent, and scraped up. These wheels seemed really nice in the pictures. When they arrived and I unwrapped them I was impressed with how nice they were. Not 100% perfect, but pretty close. When I went to mount and balance the wheels, the first wheel had a slight side to side bend. I was very disappointed with that. I balanced it but after spending so much I didn t want a bent wheel. The second wheel I was expecting would be straighter, but it was worse. The 2nd wheel had a ton of up and down bend to it, so it is not perfectly round. Cosmetically the wheels look great but I was no happy to buy bent wheels. I would not recommend this seller if you are looking for straight wheels.
