Hi Couture2020, tracking was initiated and I reached out to you prior to the delivery to let you know there had been an issue with the shipment (after I checked to see if it had been delivered and it hadn't). I immediately let you know and issued a full refund. My apologies for the issue - but your reply is not accurate or fair.
