I felt it was missing some tools for opening tablets and phones, but otherwise is fine.

Based On Sony's Reputation
I bought this battery as a backup to the old one currently in the camera and have not yet used (or even opened) it. Sony products are normally quite good, so I'm giving this a high rating.

Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection
Haven't used it enough to accurately rate its durability. It is somewhat entertaining, and would likely be more so if it didn't drop its wireless connection so frequently--almost after every command!
