The one pictured shows two of the timers with trip points. also counting had 1 extra terminal cover. MINE ARRIVED WITH NO POINTERS OR COVERS. Asked for a partial credit. Said it says ships similar to pictured. Would not do anything and and said to tell Ebay. HE NOW HAS LISTED MORE AND IT NOW SAYS MAY NOT COME WITH ANY POINTERS OR COVERS.

  bigboytradingep went the extra yard to handle a mix up; probably partly my fault. Once he discovered I had the wrong unit, that same day he packaged up the unit I needed and with no questions asked sent it out . In my opinion he went the extra yard and it's greatly appreciated. The unit I needed is working just fine as it should. Thanks for the great customer service. If they have something you're looking for don't hesitate to purchase.

  You promised delivery in about 3 to 7 days, and actually delivered in next day service. Outstanding. Was shipped in USPS arriving in top shape. Part was just what I expected, and works great for my entry timed lighting. Price was way less than big box retailers that would ship in a week! Again, great service.
