Maybe great product. Need to update software

I think it will work great however I installed it but I can't use it because the RV park where I am staying has a system that you need to sign every time you need to use the Wi-Fi and this system doesn't support it. The company told me to wait few weeks to update the software. I waited one week and they told me that I need to wait more so I returned the product.
