Issues with laptop

I received this laptop packaged just right lightweight exactly as described however had two issues 1. reboots every couple of hours so I lose any work that I am doing. 2.PC Health Check revealed that-- Processor isnt currently supported for windows 11which is kind of a difficult pill to swallow.
