    The item was listed as new, but (similarly to another reviewer) it is not actually new. My protector arrived with scuffing and scratching all over, what appears to be a small dot on one side, and a visible crack on the lid (pictured). The seller was not especially helpful when I reached out to them about the misleading item description. While the item shipped quickly, it was priced fairly, and it was packaged well, it is unlikely that I will buy from them again.

    Product description was “new/other “ It certainly wasn’t new. So at the very least, it was an open box kind of situation. The shipping box came pretty beat up, but the speakers work just fine. I don’t like the “new/other” description category. It doesn’t help either the seller or the buyer. The seller was quick to ship which I appreciated.
