Work well, may cause sensitivity
2 of 2 found this helpful Use with caution - these work great, but they will cause your teeth to be sensitive to hot and cold. I used every other day until I finished one box, and with my second box, once a week or once every other week depending on the level of whiteness to achieve. Sleep with them on - even though they are thick, you get used to them and it really works.
