Pretty good
It tracks steps if you actually move, so it's pretty accurate there. But I often get "cheated" on flights of stairs - if you're climbing from a much warmer room to a much colder upstairs, it won't register the flight - I guess it's an air pressure/temperature thing. But otherwise, I really like it. Alerts me to phone calls & messages, too. You can actually answer a call or send it to voicemail - learned that the hard way when my boss called, lol!
