Unusable

Received a refurbished phone supposedly in "B+" condition. It freezes every time I try to access the phone from the lock screen and has restarted itself every ten minutes since I started it up. Its just plain unusable and unsatisfactory. The only pro for this phone is that it takes great pictures, when it doesn't freeze or lock up.
