My old PC has never been quieter
1 of 1 found this helpful Put this into my Old......by today's standards Compaq Presario Tower, it worked a treat no more fan noise or vibration and works well with Windows 7, remove the old one, plug in this one, just plug in boot up give it a bit of time to try and understand what's going and get the driver(s) on one more reboot and all working beautifully.
My wife or I do not do high graphic games and such like but my youngest son did put together a fairly high graphic presentation without any complaints last Sunday so in my book this is a very good product.
Good luck

Yodel Repack but all contents intact
I was concerned when I saw the Yodel Repack tape around the tatty looking box but my fears were proved to be unfounded as all contents were contained in the original box.
Instruction were scant but after a little while I realised that there was not too much to go wrong it took about 2 hours to put together but a robust unit it certainly is.
I quickly filled it with new plants and it is looking great.
Many thanks

A Jolly Good Tool
We bought this gismo as my wife wanted to exibit her late Fathers artwork in a Gallery in Bath, she bought some ready made picture frames with precut bevelled borders from Ikea but the borders mounts were too small for the pictures to fit ideally so needed about 10mm off each side for most of the pictures circa 20.
With this cutter the job was relatively easy to recut the mounts to the correct size, we also had to cut from new craft board owing to my cutting errors now and again circa 5.
Two tricks to observe, make sure that the blade is not set too deep so as to become blunt from tearing through material below the mount it almost needs exact depth a) to cut the mount cleanly b) not become blunt or damaged from materials underneath.
Make sure that the blade is not damaged in any way (always have several spare blades) as it will just tear the mount to shreds and make you feel frustrated.
My wife also invested in a straight edge made by the same company which acted as a guide rail jig which made it even more productive and delivered a very professional finish.
We might sell some pictures on line soon so offering mounted versions will be easier now we have had the experience of about 50 pictures in total. Good luck
