Nice piece of gear

Overall the hydro pack works and fits fairly well. It is well made and durable. I do wish the storage space on the pack was a bit more than it actually is. I received the 2015+ version which is slightly different than the pre-2015 version (in the picture) but it does work well as a day hike hydro pack acceptably. I added a quick release waist belt (ran it through the lower back pocket) which helped to make the pack ride better for my particular build. That also allowed me to carry a few pouches without having to have a separate piece of gear. The shoulder straps could use a little padding, but they are not too bad as they are.

Excellent Kit

Complete, portable, excellent value. Easily fits in your pack, gear bag, or attaches to belt or molle gear. Even thought the seller states that the CD is broken one of two kits I received actually had an unbroken CD. Just a bonus as the kit is an excellent value even without the CD.
