Works for me
I bought this ipad mini 4 for use with a Mavic Pro drone. With the new firmware from DJI who make the UAV other phones and tablets struggle to run it. The ipad works great.. As such, I did not want to spend anymore than necessary. This was a used or refurbished unit and does work fine. It was listed as a grade "C". Screen is clear as is the display but the frame (Apple uses aluminum) was bent or warped somewhat. This is common as the ipad is light and thin. I was able to carefully bend it back and it is 95% better and performs fine. I installed a tempered glass screen protector.
