Beats a Shunt
Quick and easy to install - accuracy can be out by +/-0.5A but for high current, not a problem. Display switches automatically between Voltage and Current. I have cable tied the sensor to the cable to limit movement. Sensor has a short approx 140mm cable - optional 2m extension supplied - would like to see shorter optional length extensions available eg 200mm/1m.

Disappointed
Very low current (5.1A) with good direct sunlight. In comparison 2 x 12V 120W 4BB panels in series produced 10.2A into a 12V battery via a Victron 100/50 solar regulator. Very poor conversion efficiency.

Product let down by limited Bluetooth range
Bluetooth connectivity is only 1m - this is not clarified in the product specifications
Chuwi Support advises BT is Ver 4.0
Good IPS screen
Good battery life
Poor charger fittings - better to use generic USB charger
Not as fast as I was expecting from the product specs.
