DOA
4 of 4 found this helpful DOA happens. Unfortunately, however, help not available. Their call center had me on hold for over 30 minutes - I could not stay on to find out the actual wait time. Also, their support center does not respond to emails.
You better hope it works or is easy to return.

Don’t bother
0 of 2 found this helpful 4 out of the first 5 rubber bands broke on the applicator. 5th band didn’t do the job. Save the wipes for wing night if you want any value at all.
