I've had a problem where most of the devices doesn't have a full size SD card slot buying this means I can use any common type of SD card which is Micro and full size SD card no problem. It not just means I can use full size SD cards on any device with a USB port but it in some cases it can improve my productivity no longer need to worry about where the micro SD card slot is, just put it in the SD card reader plug it in and I can send and receive data. It claims it can read up to 5 GPS but I don't have a SD card that can read and wright that quick so be at your own discretion on that. I really don't have any criticism about the product other then some nick pick like the case design looks a bit rubbish but other then that it's a really good product. I would recommend this to anyone with an micro or full size SD card.Read full review...

great for devices with no SSD slot - which you don't miss until you get a device without one!
useful adapter to add transportable storage to a laptop if there is no SSD slot. I put my password file and banking on there and it can be removed if the laptop ever has to go in for repair. Perfect solution to a faulty laptop card reader.
Excellent and did exactly what I wanted. It enabled me to use the data card from my camera (no other connectivity in camera) which had not been possible since the card reader on my laptop stopped working. Easy was to add SD and Micro-SD card reader, just check orientation when fitted.
Useful to have a plug-in device that can read both SD and micro SD (T-Flash) cards. It seems to transfer data quite quickly when fitted to my USB 3.0 port, but I'm only using 32GB cards so hard to tell. A point to note is to check which way this will fit into your PC. The card slots are on the side adjacent to the "3.0" of "USB 3.0" and the solid part of the USB A connector is on side opposite the "USB 3.0", so if your USB slots are vertical, you might find the card slots are upside-down !

Bought to transfer photos and 4k videos from my 200GB Micro SD card off my phone. Transfer is quick due to it being USB 3 and most importantly my Micro SD card being a faster Class 10. Don't blame transfer speeds on device if in fact your Micro SD card is less than Class 10 as this means it has considerably less transfer speed. Read full review...

Nice fast transfer speeds
I went from using a very old usb card reader to this, old card read 60 GB in 5 hours and the write time was 40+ mins. Now read that amount in about 45-50 mins and writes it in 10 minutes.
